Seventeen years ago I jumped into construction with nothing but determination, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping people grow. Over the years, I found myself not just supporting a business, but developing careers.
I helped design and develop an award-winning graduate programme, I then aligned it with chartership, which was then CPD-accredited by Engineers Ireland and recognised as CPD Employer of the Year.. I recruited apprentices, placement students, and graduates, the next generation of our industry and nothing lit me up more than watching them step into their potential with confidence.
I also worked closely with senior leaders and external professional bodies to guide employees toward becoming chartered. And along the way, I realised something important:
